About Me

I am a doctoral level Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician and Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) certified to provided clinical supervision to social work students. I have been in the mental health field for about 15 years, providing direct clinical care, supervision, and trainings for other mental health professionals and students. I completed my master's degree at Springfield College and doctorate at Southern CT State University. Whether working directly with clients, students, or other professionals, I approach the work from a calm and caring place. I prioritize human connection (and a healthy dose of humor) to genuinely and authentically accompany you on the road to the best version of yourself, personally and professionally...in and through the lasting affects of childhood trauma, navigating the challenges of motherhood, or managing your daily life!

When I'm not in my office, you may find me at the beach or chasing a beautiful sunset with my family and friends!
